Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeper to oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities. The successful candidate will be part of the cleaning staff, ensuring high standards of hygiene, and maintaining a safe and organised environment. Previous experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial services, or hospital settings is highly desirable. Responsibilities
- Daily cleaning operations across all designated areas
- Follow cleaning schedules to ensure consistent hygiene standards
- Manage stock levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary
- Liaise with management to address any cleaning-related issues or special requirements
- Ensure all cleaning activities are performed efficiently, effectively, and in accordance with organisational policies
- Maintain accurate records of cleaning routines, staff attendance, and supplies
Qualifications
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial services, or hospital environments
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning operations
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules
