Complex Needs Learning Support Assistant
(Fixed term to 31.08.2028)
33.75 Hours Per Week, 40 Weeks Per Year
Grade C £20,239 - £21,089 (FTE £25,185 - £26,243)
We are seeking to recruit a capable, proactive and caring individual to provide educational support to a student with complex health needs. Whilst the successful candidate will predominantly be working within a small team to support an individual student, they will also be an integrated member of Crofton’s school community. The role involves closely monitoring the student to ensure their wellbeing, support their learning and communication and to maximise their educational and social opportunities. There will also be other opportunities to support and be trained within the Learning Support department.
The successful candidate will have a genuine desire to work with students with a range of needs included within the normal classroom environment wherever possible. A good standard of literacy and numeracy is a prerequisite for this post.
