About the Project
Deloitte’s Workday Practice sits within the Enterprise Applications service line, which forms part of Consulting. Here we focus on providing application, delivery and transformation expertise to support specific areas of a project and help clients realise value from their Workday investment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Working with clients and Deloitte teams to shape programme governance, delivery plans, integrated milestones, RAID management and executive reporting.

Managing senior stakeholders, facilitating effective decision-making and leading challenging conversations where required.

Identifying key delivery, process, technology and integration issues and recommending practical solutions.

Supporting high-performing, inclusive teams and demonstrating a clear understanding of Deloitte’s commitment to creating a more inclusive culture.

Essentials:

Strong end-to-end ERP or cloud implementation delivery experience, with a clear understanding of programme phases, lifecycle, governance and key delivery activities.

Experience managing day-to-day delivery, including integrated plans, milestones, RAID logs, risks, issues, dependencies and change control processes.

Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, communicate clearly and challenge constructively where required.

Experience developing project plans from high-level programme plans and aligning teams around key milestones and deliverables.

Experience defining and working with project governance, preparing briefing packs, steering papers and programme reporting materials.

Ability to align delivery to structured methodologies, including Deloitte or equivalent implementation approaches.

Experience working in consulting or professional services environments.

Ability to lead inclusive teams and actively support the development of individuals and teams, both formally and informally.
Desirables:

Workday certification or strong functional understanding of Workday delivery, configuration and testing approaches.

Comfortable talking about technical issues with business stakeholders and business issues with technical teams.

Able to express complex concepts in plain language to reach broader audiences.

Ability to craft a compelling message and tailor it for a given audience, combining delivery expertise with simple, everyday language to tell a clear story.
