Social Media Manager (Part-Time)
Dofollow Ltd is an established UK digital marketing agency based in Nuneaton. We deliver SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing for clients across the UK. We are looking for a creative, self-sufficient Social Media Manager to join our small team on a part-time basis.
The role
16-20 hours per week, with flexible hours. Remote, office-based at our Nuneaton office, or a mix of both. Ideally you live within commuting distance of 26 Dunns Close, Nuneaton, CV11 4NF for occasional meetings.
You will own social media delivery for our clients: planning, posting, creating visual content, and running paid campaigns. We do not have a large library of client photos or stock assets, so you must be comfortable creating, shooting, editing, or sourcing your own images and short-form video for regular posting.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing multiple client social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and others as required)
- Planning and publishing engaging organic posts on a consistent schedule
- Creating and curating your own visual content - photography, graphics, and short-form video - or sourcing suitable assets through legitimate means (client-provided material, UGC-style content, free/ licensed stock, Canva, etc.)
- Writing on-brand copy for posts, ads, and landing pages
- Running and optimising Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns - setup, targeting, budgets, creative testing, and performance monitoring via Meta Ads Manager / Business Suite
- Expanding into paid social on other platforms where appropriate (e.g. X, TikTok) - desirable, not required from day one
- Assisting with email marketing campaigns for selected clients
- Monitoring comments and messages where required, and escalating issues or opportunities to the team
- Maintaining organised content calendars and hitting deadlines reliably
Skills and experience we are looking for:
- Hands-on experience managing business social media accounts (agency or in-house)
- Strong content creation skills - you can produce usable images and video without relying on a ready-made photo bank
- Confident using Facebook and Instagram Ads (Meta Business Suite / Ads Manager) - campaign setup, audiences, budgets, and basic reporting
- Strong copywriting with a good eye for what works on social
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
- Professional and personable when dealing with colleagues and clients
- Based in or near Nuneaton / Warwickshire (preferred)
Desirable (not essential):
- Experience running paid social on X, TikTok, or LinkedIn
- Canva, CapCut, Adobe, or similar design/video tools
- Basic analytics and monthly reporting
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms
What we offer:
- £17,000-£18,000 per annum (pro-rata, based on 20 hours per week; adjusted for 16-20 hours agreed at offer)
