We’re looking for a professional, responsible and motivated person to join our small, dedicated production team.
We set high standards, recognise excellence and value people who are dependable, focused and take genuine pride in doing a job properly.
There is no minimum probation period. To pass probation and secure the permanent rate, you will need to consistently meet our standards for attendance, punctuality and productivity. Once those standards are consistently achieved, probation can be passed.

Core Responsibilities - Non-Negotiables
- Follow daily production schedules and wetmix recipes precisely.
- Maintain excellent HACCP, hygiene and food safety standards at all times.
- Manage stock levels, complete daily checks and process incoming deliveries accurately.
- Use our production management system, Trello, to manage tasks and timelines.
- Organise your time effectively so that your work keeps the wider production process running smoothly.
- Maintain a clean, organised and professional working environment throughout your shift.
Requirements - Essentials
- Professional demeanour and a strong work ethic.
- Calm, efficient and focused when working under pressure.
- Excellent attention to detail - working quickly without sacrificing accuracy.
- Ability to carry out manual handling tasks - reasonable adjustments will be considered.
- Basic computer literacy, including Word and Excel. Training on our production software will be provided.
- Willingness to follow established company procedures and standards consistently.
