About the Role
We are seeking a proactive, organised and creative Sales, Marketing & Product Coordinator to join our team.
This varied role combines sales, marketing, customer communication and product administration. You will play a key role in promoting our products, maintaining our digital presence, and keeping customers informed with regular updates throughout the product development process.
Reporting to the Product Development Lead, you will work closely with the Design, Production and Sales teams to ensure products are professionally presented across all channels, while supporting new product launches, customer projects and ongoing development.
You will also manage export sales leads from initial enquiry through to completion, including maintaining a shared inbox. You will also provide support to the current Sales Administration team during busy periods and holiday cover. In addition, there will be opportunities to support special projects on behalf of the Business Development Director.
No previous furniture industry experience is required; however, a willingness to learn about our products, manufacturing processes and markets is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing
- Manage and update the company website with products, news and content
- Create engaging content for social media (LinkedIn, Instagram and others), including video, photography and graphics
- Plan and send email newsletters
- Support marketing campaigns and product launches
- Produce brochures, specification sheets, presentations and marketing materials
- Maintain consistent branding across all media
- Create product imagery, video content and graphics using Adobe Creative Suite
Product Support
- Prepare and update quotations and specification documents
- Support customer presentations and product information packs
- Ensure product data is accurate across all platforms
- Assist with new product launches and updates
Customer & Project Coordination
- Communicate project updates to customers
- Liaise with customers, suppliers and internal teams
- Send CAD drawings and technical information as required
- Respond to customer enquiries professionally and promptly
- Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers
Administration & Business Support
- Maintain accurate customer, project and product records.
- Organise digital documentation and project files.
- Assist with improving internal processes and administrative systems.
- Support the Business Development Director with PA duties and specific projects.
- Opportunity to travel within the UK and internationally for exhibitions, trade shows, supplier visits and customer meetings.
Export Sales
- Manage shared inbox and respond to customer enquiries
- Follow up prospective clients and qualify new opportunities
- Process sales orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare quotations and handle routine pricing requests
- Resolve order-related issues
- Provide sales administration support where required for current team
Typical responsibilities will vary depending on business priorities, with the role primarily focused on supporting new product development, marketing activity, export sales and customer communication.
Skills & Experience

- Basic knowledge of SolidWorks or 2D CAD

Pay: £27,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
