We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Administration & Recruitment Coordinator to support our team from our Central London office.This role is primarily administrative, with some recruitment support responsibilities. We are looking for someone who enjoys keeping things organised, takes pride in accuracy, and can help ensure the smooth running of our office and recruitment processes.Key ResponsibilitiesAdministration
- Maintain accurate employee, fundraising, and company records.
- Prepare contracts, onboarding documents, and other administrative paperwork.
- Manage spreadsheets, databases, and internal systems.
- Support payroll administration and timesheet collection.
- Assist with reporting and data entry.
- Coordinate office supplies and support the day-to-day running of the office.
- Provide general administrative support to the management team.
Recruitment Support
- Post job adverts and monitor applications.
- Schedule interviews and assessment days.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist with onboarding new starters.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and documentation.

- Confident using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and work independently.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable
- Previous administration experience.
- Experience within face-to-face fundraising, charity fundraising, sales, or a people-focused environment.
- An interest in recruitment and people administration.
