Responsibilities

- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including washing utensils, equipment, and work surfaces.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times.
- Support the team during busy periods by efficiently managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Assist with baking activities as required, ensuring products meet quality standards.
- Follow all health and safety protocols to create a safe working environment for all staff members.
- Contribute to maintaining stock levels by assisting with inventory checks and restocking supplies.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food production, food preparation or cooking is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates.
- Knowledge of kitchen safety practices and food hygiene standards is advantageous.
- Experience working in a restaurant or culinary setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently under pressure.
- A keen interest in culinary arts and a willingness to learn new techniques.
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work shifts as required, including weekends if necessary.
