Maki & Ramen is looking for an experienced and motivated Floor Supervisor to support the management team in leading front-of-house operations. This is a great opportunity to take on a leadership role,help maintain excellent service standards,and contribute to a positive team culture in a busy,fast-paced restaurant environment.

Key responsibilities:

Support the day-to-day running of front-of-house service,ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Lead,motivate,and guide the team during service to maintain high hospitality standards.

Deliver excellent customer service and handle guest feedback or concerns professionally.

Ensure cleanliness,organisation,and presentation standards are consistently maintained.

Assist with staff training,onboarding,and ongoing development.

Coordinate closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service flow.

Help monitor stock levels,team performance,and operational procedures.

Ensure compliance with company policies,health & safety,and food hygiene standards.
Skills & Qualifications:

Previous experience in a supervisory or senior front-of-house role within hospitality.

Strong communication,leadership,and organisational skills.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

A positive,proactive attitude with a passion for customer service.

Flexibility to work evenings,weekends,and busy service periods.
