Job Summary
Join our dynamic team as a part-time Cleaner, where your attention to detail and dedication will help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. This role offers an energetic and rewarding opportunity to contribute to the cleanliness and hygiene of our Bar & Bistro. You will be responsible for executing cleaning tasks efficiently while ensuring high standards of hygiene are met, supporting the overall well-being of staff and visitors alike.
Working hours will be -
Tuesday 08.00-12pm
Thursday 08.00-12pm
Saturday 08.00-12pm
Sunday 08.00-12pm
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of office areas, restrooms, hallways, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies
- Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing as needed
- Dispose of waste responsibly and ensure recycling procedures are followed
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper to ensure availability at all times
- Follow health and safety protocols diligently during all cleaning activities
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management
- Adhere to established cleaning schedules to ensure all areas are maintained consistently and efficiently
Experience
- Prior experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment used in professional cleaning environments
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure thoroughness in every task
- Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and moving equipment throughout shifts
