35 hours per week - Pro rata - term time only.
As the successful candidate, you would be joining a very close-knit, highly supportive family. The successful candidate would be required to work under the instruction / guidance of teaching / senior staff to undertake work / care / support programmes, to enable access to learning for pupils, and to assist the teacher in the management of pupils and the classroom.
You would be required to to guide pupils to become independent young adults and to work as part of the whole school teaching and learning team to ensure progress and reflective learning.
Qualities which will support this role include the ability to supervise pupils effectively both in and out of school in line with the school’s behaviour policy. Effective communication skills will support excellent interpersonal skills both in working relationship with young pupils and in forming effective professional relationships with a wide range of contacts.
