Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Scheduler/Administrator to join our team. This role involves coordinating operatives daily schedules, managing diaries, and ensuring smooth communication across various departments. The ideal candidate will possess strong analysis and data entry skills, with previous experience in scheduling for multi trade operatives so experience across a variety of trades backgrounds is required .
Duties
- To coordinate work and allocate all raised jobs to operatives, ensuring they are provided with all necessary information to carry out each job
- To liaise with other schedulers/supervisors where necessary in order to maximise resource efficiency
- To ensure operatives are correctly scheduled in order to maintain realistic daily workloads
- To manage day to day scheduling issues, and be the first point of contact for operatives
- To follow up on missed/incomplete works and ensure that these are rescheduled within SLA
- To comply with relevant Health and Safety policies when scheduling work
- To escalate any concerns to the scheduling manager
- Assist with general administrative tasks including data entry, managing inboxes and answering phone calls
Experience
- Proven experience in scheduling for multi trade operatives is required
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with professional phone etiquette
- Proficiency in data entry and typing skills for accurate record keeping
- Organisational skills that enable effective scheduling and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity in Microsoft office packages
- A background in insurance works & social housing would be advantageous

Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
