About the Role
We are an independent vehicle bodyshop looking for an experienced Vehicle Body Repair Technician / Panel Beater to join our team on a flexible/part-time basis.
The role is for up to 3 days per week, with working days varying depending on the bodyshop’s workload.
You will work alongside the owners and be responsible for carrying out high-quality vehicle body repairs from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Panel beating and straightening damaged panels
Repairing accident-damaged vehicles
Removing and replacing damaged body panels
Dent repair and reshaping
Filler work, shaping and sanding
Preparing panels and vehicles ready for paint
Priming and preparation
Stripping and refitting body panels and components
Ensuring all repairs are completed to a high standard
Working independently and efficiently
Keeping the workshop clean and organised
Essential Experience
Previous professional vehicle bodyshop experience is essential.
You must have experience in:
Panel beating
Filler work
Body repairs
Panel replacement
Sanding and shaping
Vehicle preparation
Preparing vehicles for paint
Stripping and refitting
Accident repairs
We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running and complete quality repairs with minimal supervision.
