Whether it's gaining expert knowledge in beer and produce, developing your leadership skills, or gaining a deeper understanding of what makes a successful pub, you'll be supported to grow every step of the way

About you
- At least one year's experience running a busy pub as the lead manager
- Strong foundation knowledge of craft beer and drinks quality, cellar management and pub operations
- A friendly, approachable leadership style
- A passion for independent, locally sourced food, drinks and produce
- Keen to be involved in our local community
- Experience building, motivating and developing great teams
- High standards when it comes to cleanliness, organisation and service
- A sense of ownership and pride in your work
- A foundational understanding of costs, margins and commercial performance
- A Personal Licence
- A curious mindset and the confidence to try new ideas
- A genuine love of great beer

Pay: £16.00-£18.00 per hour
