What You’ll Be Doing
Welcome every guest like they’re walking into your home
Guide guests through the menu with confidence and enthusiasm
Take accurate food and beverage orders (including dietary requirements)
Serve food and drinks efficiently while keeping presentation on point
Recommend and upsell menu favourites to elevate the experience
Check in with guests and turn any hiccups into highlights
Keep tables, service stations, and dining areas spotless
Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
Handle payments accurately using the POS system
Work closely with your team to keep service smooth and seamless

✔ Previous hospitality experience is a bonus — but not essential (we’ll train the right person!)
