The Role
As Field Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for leading and developing our successful team of Field Sales Executives.
Working closely with the Sales Director, you'll ensure targets are consistently achieved by motivating your team, analysing sales performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and creating a winning culture built on accountability, coaching and success.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and inspire a high-performing Field Sales Team.
- Work closely with the Sales Director to achieve company objectives.
- Drive installation and sales targets across the entire team.
- Analyse sales statistics, KPIs and conversion rates.
- Produce action plans to improve individual and team performance.
- Conduct regular one-to-one coaching and field support.
- Recruit, mentor and retain exceptional sales professionals.
- Build a culture of accountability, motivation and high performance.
- Ensure company processes and standards are consistently followed.
- Increase overall revenue through effective leadership and performance management.
