Role Overview
As an IT Apprentice, you will work alongside experienced engineers and consultants to develop practical IT skills while supporting real customers.
You will gain hands-on experience installing and configuring systems, assisting with network projects, troubleshooting technical issues and supporting the day-to-day technical operations of the business.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with IT support tasks, including troubleshooting hardware, software and connectivity issues
- Support engineers with server installation, configuration and maintenance
- Participate in network design and installation projects
- Help prepare and deploy client devices such as PCs, laptops and peripherals
- Document support activities and maintain accurate records
- Contribute to resolving customer issues with a proactive, problem-solving approach
- Shadow senior technicians to learn industry best practices
- Follow company procedures to ensure high-quality service delivery
Skills and Qualities Required
- Passion for IT, technology and problem-solving
- Basic understanding of computers, networks and operating systems
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Positive attitude, reliability and good organisational skills
- Interest in developing skills in areas such as server support, networking and managed services
