EP-Dent London is a fully private dental clinic based in Kentish Town, focused on delivering high-quality, patient-centred care.
We are currently looking to expand our clinical team and are seeking an Associate Dentist to join us on a part-time basis. We are open to clinicians available for 1–3 days per week (Wednesday to Friday), with flexibility depending on availability.
We are happy to accommodate clinicians looking for a single consistent day or multiple days.
This role would suit a clinician who is confident working independently, values clear communication and is comfortable taking a hands-on approach within a smaller, developing practice.
Remuneration is based on a competitive private percentage split (circa 40%), depending on experience and scope of work.
We are currently conducting interviews in April–May 2026, with a flexible start date from May–June 2026.

The Role:
- Providing general dentistry to a high clinical standard
- Delivering hygiene treatments as part of your daily workflow
- Building long-term relationships with patients
- Clearly explaining diagnoses and treatment options
- Educating patients on oral health, preventative care and treatment options
- Providing a calm and reassuring experience for all patients, including those who may feel anxious
- Managing your clinical time effectively and maintaining an organised workflow
- Working independently and taking ownership of clinical decision-making within your scope of practice
- Maintaining accurate and compliant clinical records
- Keeping up to date with current clinical standards and best practices

What we are looking for:
- GDC registered dentist with valid indemnity
- Minimum 2+ years UK experience preferred
- Confident in general dentistry and routine hygiene provision
- Strong communication and patient management skills
- Professional, reliable and well-organised
- Comfortable working in an independent, developing practice environment

Desirable skills:
- Experience or strong interest in Orthodontics / Invisalign
- Interest in restorative and cosmetic dentistry
- Interest in developing skills in areas such as oral surgery, implants or advanced restorative dentistry
- Additional languages such as Hungarian, Romanian or Italian are an advantage
