About Us
Akasaka CMK is a busy and well-established Japanese restaurant in Central Milton Keynes, dedicated to providing authentic Japanese cuisine and outstanding customer service. We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and friendly Waiting Staff to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take food and drink orders accurately.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the dining experience.
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues professionally.
- Set up and clear tables promptly.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure smooth service.
- Process bills and payments accurately.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality role is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Right to work in the UK.
