Mhor 84 is a busy motel, restaurant, bar and cafe – the perfect stop on the A84 road to the Highlands, 12 miles outside Callander.
We are currently recruiting for a hands-on, front facing, skilled and experienced Front of House team member who can also work across departments if required. Good hourly rate, share of tips paid weekly, generous staff discounts, training, food whilst on duty. Must be reliable, passionate about offering great service, great with customers and have attention to detail.
Experience of working in sections during service within a fast paced environment is required, and a passion and drive for hospitality, and a desire to be successful. We have and outdoor seating area as well as indoor restaurant, during the summer. Barista and bar skills would be beneficial

Role and Responsibilities
- Work within Front of House within a busy service
- Lead the customer journey, ensuring every guest receives the perfect Mhor experience
- Attention to detail and excellent observational skills are required
- Ability to naturally upsell to customers
- Barista Experience
- Bar and cocktail experience would be helpful, love of wine
- Host - ensuring all aspects of the full table service journey is delivered at all times
- Ensuring you can deliver the highest standards of cleanliness and personal hygiene at all times
- Ensure security procedures are followed at all times
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Good Literacy/Numeracy skills.
- Computer Literate
- previous experience preferred
- Current Food Hygiene level 1 or 2 preferred, not essential
Due to location of hotel and shifts, own transport is required, position can be live out if local or live in as we have staff accommodation available for the right candidate.
