Team Coordinator
Location: Glasgow
Hours: Full Time (39 hours per week)
Salary: £30,277.50 per annum
About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Team Coordinator to join our friendly and supportive team based within our Shettleston Office in Glasgow. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives while helping to support the delivery high-quality, person-centred support services.
About the Role
As Team Coordinator, you will:
- Lead and support staff to deliver high-quality, person-centred care to people with learning disabilities, mental health conditions, autism, challenging behaviour, and mobility needs over several services across you’re allocated area.
- Manage day-to-day operations including staff rotas, risk assessments, audits, and compliance with health and safety.
- Supervise, mentor and develop Support Workers, undertaking appraisals and performance management.
- Ensure our Person-Centred Support and Enablement model of care is embedded throughout the service.
- Liaise with social workers, families and external agencies to achieve the best outcomes for the people we support.
- Deputise for the Service Manager when required.
- Supporting with on-call duties

About You
- SVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Health & Social Care – Desirable
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar role within a social care setting – Desirable
- Experience within a similar supervisory role with leadership experience with the ability to inspire and develop a team. Essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and effective relationships.
- Professional, resilient and adaptable, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to confidentiality, safeguarding and organisational values.
- Driver with access to a vehicle – Essential
