At Ace Cafe London we welcome all who share our passion, based upon the traditions of motorcycles, cars and rock 'n’ roll.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Bartender / Server to join our team.
The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service, prepare and serve drinks, take food and beverage orders, and help create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and thrives in a busy hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting customers and providing friendly, professional service.
- Taking food and drink orders accurately.
- Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Delivering food to tables.
- Handling cash and card payments.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the bar and service areas.
- Ensuring compliance with licensing laws and company procedures.
- Assisting with opening and closing duties.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a bar, restaurant, pub, or hospitality environment is preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and strong team-player mentality.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Right to work in the UK.
