Weekend Remote Dental Support Supervisor
We are seeking a reliable and organised individual to oversee operations across 27 dental sites during weekends. – with more opening all the time!
Working Hours:
Saturday and Sunday – 1* weekend in 3 on a rolling rota and Bank Holidays*
split shifts either 7am- 3.30pm or 3.30pm til 12am (Midnight) – Hours may vary in future depending on business needs

Role Overview:
The Weekend support will be responsible for monitoring and supporting all 27 dental practices during weekend evening hours. The role ensures that dentists, nurses, and on-site teams receive timely support if operational issues arise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Remotely oversee operations across 27 dental sites
- Respond promptly to any issues raised by dentists, nurses, or practice staff
- Provide guidance and support for operational or administrative queries
- Escalate urgent clinical or operational issues to senior management when necessary
- Ensure smooth communication between practices during evening hours
- Monitor practice activity and maintain operational continuity
- Log and report any incidents or issues that occur during the shift
- Booking patient appointments and liaising with on-call staff of booked appointments
Requirements:
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to remain calm and responsive in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in the dental environment
- Comfortable working remotely and managing multiple sites
- Highly organised and reliable
Desirable:
- Experience working within dental practices
- Knowledge of dental practice systems or workflows
- Previous remote operations or coordination experience
Pay: £14.00 per hour
