We’re looking for a leader who goes above and beyond to ensure that every child’s needs are at the heart of everything we do.
As a Nursery Manager, you’ll play a key role in guiding and supporting our team to deliver exceptional care and education. We believe our team deserves the very best leadership, and we’re seeking someone who will inspire, motivate, and nurture their professional growth, while fostering a positive and enriching environment for the children.
Role:
- Lead and support a stable, experienced team
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the nursery
- Ensure high standards of care, learning and safeguarding
- Work in line with Development Matters and our nursery-written curriculum and planning model
- Build positive relationships with families and the local community
About You
You will:
- Hold a relevant Early Years qualification
- Have previous nursery management or deputy management experience
- Be confident in leading, motivating and supporting a team
- Be organised, approachable and passionate about early years education
