Chef
Pay £13.00 - £16.00 ph
We are looking for a passionate, experienced and hard-working Chefs to join and potentially lead our Kitchen. Chefs are ensuring dishing being presented by the kitchen is, cooked, and presented with a wide range of authentic dishes according to traditional techniques and the establishment's standards. We are looking chefs with all types of different expertise.
- European Chef
- Indian Chef
- Chinese Cuisine Chef
- Thai Chef
- Dessert Chef
The role requires expertise in their specific role's ingredients, regional cooking methods, and consistent production of high-quality dishes and leadership qualities. You will need to be flexible as this role requires working weekends and late evenings.
Junior Chefs with 1-2 years of experience wage starts at £13.00ph
Senior Chefs with 3-4 years of experience ranges between £13.50 - £14.50ph
Chef De Parties with the required and minium 3 years experience wage will start at £15.00 - £16.00ph
Service charge is added onto wages based on performance (extra 50p - £2 ph extra)
--REQUIREMENTS--
Min 1 year cooking experience for junior chefs.
Min 3 year cooking experience for other positions
Be able to follow recipes.
Familiar with Health & Safety standards and Food Hygiene
Able to maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
Able to work independently.
