Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the company's digital growth strategy.
- Identify new opportunities for customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Oversee digital marketing campaigns and performance initiatives.
- Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and campaign data.
- Establish KPIs and monitor growth performance.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, sales, and technology teams.
- Lead and mentor digital growth professionals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in digital marketing, growth, or a related leadership role.
- Strong understanding of acquisition, conversion, retention, and analytics.
- Excellent strategic and commercial thinking.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
