Responsibilities
- Preparing quotations.
- Processing orders.
- Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
- Handle incoming calls with professionalism and customer service skills.
- Organise and schedule meetings, appointments & deliveries.
- Coordinate communication between departments and external partners to facilitate smooth workflows
- EPOS till system
Experience
- Prior office experience demonstrating familiarity with administrative tasks and office environment dynamics
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Proven administrative experience with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to type quickly and accurately for efficient data entry and document creation
- Excellent phone etiquette combined with professional communication skills
- Experience with clerical duties such as data entry, filing systems, and document management
Pay: From £14.50 per hour
