About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Site Fitter / Maintenance Technician to join our growing team. This is a varied role involving both the installation of new steelwork and site-based maintenance, repair, and improvement works across a range of commercial and industrial environments.
The successful candidate will be comfortable working on-site, solving problems, and delivering high-quality workmanship while maintaining excellent health and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation of new steelwork and associated components.
- Carry out maintenance, repair, and modification works on existing structures and equipment.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and site equipment safely and effectively.
- Identify and resolve site issues efficiently.
- Working as part of a team on customer sites.
- Ensure all work is completed to company quality and safety standards.
- Maintain a professional approach when dealing with clients and site personnel.
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience in site fitting, steelwork installation, maintenance, fabrication, construction, or a similar hands-on role.
- Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools.
- Good practical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of health and safety requirements.
Desirable Skills
- CSCS Card.
- Welding, fabrication, or mechanical fitting experience.
- Experience working with structural or architectural steelwork.
- Forklift or telehandler certification.

Pay: £15.00-£17.00 per hour
