We are looking for an experienced Door-to-Door Sales Team Leader to join our growing sales team.
This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record in direct sales who can lead, motivate and develop a team while driving strong results in the field.
Responsibilities
- Managing and supporting a team of door-to-door sales representatives
- Coaching and developing team members through ongoing field training
- Monitoring individual and team performance
- Recruiting and onboarding new sales representatives
- Leading by example and maintaining high sales standards
- Ensuring team targets and KPIs are consistently achieved
Requirements
- Previous experience in door-to-door sales
- Experience leading or managing a sales team
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- A positive, driven and professional attitude
- Ability to motivate others and build a high-performing team
- Full UK driving licence preferred but not required
