Nursery Practitioner
Qualified level 3 preferred but will consider unqualified for the right person
3 - 4 days per week (30-40 hours)
We are seeking a nursery practitioner to work 3 or 4 days per week (30-40 hours).
The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and childcare, possessing strong communication skills and the ability to drive positive learning experiences.
We are a small friendly team and are located within the grounds of the primary school. We have a lovely nursery and all of our staff have had their input in creating our warm welcoming environment.
Responsibilities.
Engage with children in various educational activities
Create a safe and nurturing environment for children
Manage daily routines effectively
Lead and supervise group activities
Support children's development through play and learning
Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues
Skills
Proficient in English language- Excellent communication skills
Ability to drive positive outcomes for children
Experience working with young children in a nursery setting
Level 3 qualification in childcare preferred
