Associate Dentist – Mixed NHS & Private
We are seeking a motivated, experienced and patient-focused Associate Dentist to join our friendly and professional team at Southwater Dental Practice. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a well-established mixed NHS and private practice on a self-employed basis, with a strong and loyal patient base.
About the Role
- Mixed NHS & Private position
- Minimum 1-2 working days required
- Established list of patients
- Competitive UDA rate (dependent on experience)
- 50% private fee split
- Excellent private earning potential with strong demand for cosmetic and restorative treatments

The Ideal Candidate
- GDC registered Dentist
- NHS Performer Number (required)
- Indemnity cover
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Committed to delivering high-quality patient care
- Interest in growing private treatments (cosmetic dentistry, Invisalign, facial aesthetics, etc.) is advantageous
