Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender/Glass Collector to join our team. The job role will be based on your experience/fit for the role. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating an inviting atmosphere for our guests while serving a variety of beverages and ensuring exceptional customer service. Your ability to manage time effectively and utilise basic math skills will contribute to the smooth operation of our bar.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and responding to inquiries.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area and potentially floor area.
- Manage inventory by restocking supplies as needed and assisting in ordering when necessary.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
- Demonstrate knowledge of drink menus, specials, and promotions to enhance guest experience.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a pub or bar setting is preferred.
- Strong hospitality skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment for guests.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient service during busy periods.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.

Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract
Pay: £10.85-£12.71 per hour
