We're looking for more staff to help us out behind the bar at our busy taproom.
Regular evening and weekend work on a shift basis.
Please note that Friday/Saturday availability is essential. The successful applicant will also need to have good availability over the summer months and the Christmas period.
Some bar experience would be great, but if not you just need to be friendly, professional & interested to learn more about great beer.
Responsibilities include
- Serving guests in a professional, efficient & friendly manner
- Informing customers of different beers available (usually 20 on draft plus lots of cans and bottles) and helping them choose which they may like
- Changing kegs, refilling fridge and continued stock management on shift
- Maintaining a clean and hygienic bar environment
- Assisting with bar set up & clean down
- Assisting in preparation and attendance at events
Ideal requirements
- Interested in learning more about the brewing process & passionate about great beer
- Great attention to detail & high cleanliness standards
- Happy to work in a fast paced bar
