Were looking for an experienced and motivated Accommodation & Cleaning Manager to lead our housekeeping and cleaning operations and ensure we consistently deliver our 5-star standards.
As Accommodation & Cleaning Manager, you will take full responsibility for housekeeping, laundry, and cleaning operations across the park. Leading a diverse team, youll ensure all accommodation, amenities, and communal areas are maintained to the highest standard.
This is a hands-on leadership role combining team management, operational planning, compliance, and cost control.

Lead, motivate, and develop the Accommodation & Cleaning team

Manage rotas, holidays, attendance, and payroll

Maintain exceptional 5-star cleanliness and presentation standards

Oversee stock control, purchasing, laundry processes, and inventory

Ensure compliance with COSHH, fire safety, and Health & Safety procedures

Coordinate accommodation changeovers using RMS and maintain accurate records

Monitor guest feedback and resolve issues quickly and professionally

Work collaboratively with Reception, HR, and Operations teams

Manage departmental budgets and drive cost efficiencies
Youre an organised, people-focused leader with a strong background in housekeeping, cleaning, or facilities management. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in maintaining exceptional standards.

Proven experience managing housekeeping or cleaning operations

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent organisation and attention to detail

Confident with Health & Safety and COSHH compliance

Experience using rota, booking, or property management systems and Microsoft Office

45 hours per week, 5 days out of 7, including one weekend day.
