Roles & Responsibilities-
-Gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
-Evaluate business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
-Prepare business requirement documents and process flows.
-Liaise with stakeholders, developers, and project teams to deliver effective solutions.
-Analyse data and produce reports to support business decisions.
-Conduct meetings, workshops, and presentations with stakeholders.
-Support system testing and ensure solutions meet business requirements.
-Monitor project progress and assist in successful project delivery.
Maintain accurate project documentation and business reports.
Skills, Qualification & Experience-
-Experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
-Good understanding of business analysis techniques and SDLC.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
-Strong organisational and documentation skills.
-Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
