Join Cornerstone Healthcare Group as Executive Assistant to our Chief Operating Officer and play a key role at the heart of our organisation.
In this fast-paced and varied position, you will be the COO’s trusted partner, providing exceptional executive support while helping to drive business performance through coordination, reporting and insight. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will anticipate priorities, manage competing demands, and support strategic decision-making, all while championing our values of respect, openness, curiosity and kindness.
This role goes beyond traditional executive support. It includes an element of business analysis, gathering insights, tracking performance, preparing reports, and supporting decision-making processes. You will play a key part in helping turn information into actionable insight, ensuring the COO remains informed, prepared and focused on strategic priorities.
Your Working Pattern
This role is based at our Head Office in Waterloovile (on-site), and the role is Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
40 hours per week
What You’ll Be Doing
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively manage the COO’s complex and ever-changing schedule, ensuring priorities are aligned with strategic and operational business needs
- Prepare, review and quality-check documents, correspondence and briefing materials to a high standard
- Handle highly confidential and sensitive information with discretion, integrity and professionalism
- Produce high-quality reports, presentations and briefing papers to support informed decision-making
- Conduct research and analyse data to generate meaningful insights into operational performance, risks and opportunities
- Support business analytics by tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), interpreting trends and presenting clear, actionable insights to the COO
Additional Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the COO, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Coordinate travel, accommodation and logistics.
- Attend meetings, take minutes and track actions to completion.
- Support presentations, meetings and key business events.
- Manage calls, enquiries and correspondence, escalating where necessary.
- Prepare meeting papers and briefing packs for the COO.
- Maintain action logs, priorities and key deadlines.
- Produce reports, presentations and business documentation.
- Support performance reporting, dashboards and business analysis.
- Undertake additional duties as required by the COO or Board.
What You’ll Bring
Skills & Experience
Minimum of 2 years experience in a EA role (Essential)
Experience in Healthcare (Desirable)
Proven Executive Assistant experience supporting senior leaders.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Professional, discreet and highly trustworthy.
Able to analyse data, track KPIs and produce meaningful insights.
Experienced in preparing reports, dashboards and presentations.
Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness.
- Knowledge of, or experience within, health and social care environments.Understanding of regulatory requirements and the complexities of care delivery.
