As a Care Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of keeping extraordinary care running smoothly. Working closely with your Branch Care Manager, you’ll support carers, customers and the wider community, making sure every visit is well-planned, every team member feels supported, and every customer receives care they can truly rely on.

Support your Branch Care Manager to deliver exceptional care across your local area.
- Allocate carers effectively so customers receive consistent, high-quality support.
- Complete supervisions and observations on time, helping carers grow and maintain great practice.
- Help recruit and onboard new carers, strengthening the branch’s capacity and community impact.
- Review and update care plans so they reflect each customer’s needs, preferences and wellbeing.
- Look for opportunities to grow the branch, supporting local engagement and commercial activity.
- Champion brilliant customer service, ensuring every interaction feels considered and kind.

A Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care (or willingness to work towards it).
- Experience in the care sector, ideally in a supervisory role.
- A good understanding of CQC/CIW regulatory standards and best practice.
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
- Strong communication skills, confidence in decision-making and a supportive, people-first approach.
