The Role - Senior Sous Chef
We’re on the lookout for a Senior Sous Chef to help lead the kitchen at Bubala, someone who brings sharp thinking, calm energy, and serious flavour. You’ll work closely with our Head Chef to drive high standards, support development across the team, and keep service tight. This role is about leadership, not ego, just smart systems, strong food, and good people.
