Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Senior Project Coordinator to oversee and facilitate the successful delivery of complex projects within our organisation. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of project management principles. The Senior Project Coordinator will be instrumental in coordinating cross-functional teams, managing schedules, and maintaining stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
Duties
- Develop, implement, and monitor detailed project plans using Primavera P6 to ensure timely delivery of objectives.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to define project scopes, goals, and deliverables.
- Oversee resource allocation and scheduling, ensuring optimal utilisation across multiple projects.
- Utilise Civil 3D for site design coordination and integration within project workflows.
- Track project progress against milestones and budgets, providing regular updates to senior management.
- Identify potential risks or issues early and implement mitigation strategies to minimise impact.
- Facilitate effective communication among team members, clients, contractors, and suppliers.
- Manage documentation including reports, change orders, and compliance records with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations throughout all project phases.
Skills
- Proven experience in project coordination or management within civil engineering or construction sectors.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 for scheduling and project planning.
- Strong knowledge of Civil 3D for civil design coordination.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
- Exceptional organisational abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, suitable for liaising with diverse stakeholders.

Pay: £45,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
