Agile Therapy is a Cardiff-based multidisciplinary clinic providing expert care across Podiatry, Physiotherapy, Sports Massage, Chiropractic, Orthotics, Sports Nutrition, and Dietetics.

The Role:
This is a part-time, self-employed position with flexible working hours. We are primarily looking for daytime availability, with the potential for 1–2 evening clinics per week depending on demand. We are happy to discuss and agree working patterns collaboratively before finalising hours.
As this is a self-employed role, there is an expectation that you will contribute to promoting and growing your clinic diary. This may include involvement in social media content, community events, and other marketing activities.
Essential Requirements
- HCPC registered Podiatrist
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
- Strong assessment and clinical reasoning skills
- Understanding of Clinical Governance in both theory and practice
- Knowledge of diabetes and lower limb complications
- Positive, friendly, punctual, and professional attitude
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with a wide variety of podiatric needs
- Create individualised treatment plans and appropriate podiatry interventions
- Carry out diabetic foot assessments and basic neurovascular assessments
- Provide high standards of general foot care, including nail care, callus debridement, and corn enucleation
- Assess and manage biomechanical and pathomechanical conditions, or refer appropriately to our Lead Podiatrist for advanced assessment
- Maintain accurate clinical records and keep CPD up to date in line with HCPC and NICE guidelines
- Maintain a clean, organised, and professional clinical workspace
- Work collaboratively with other clinicians within Agile Therapy to ensure the best outcomes for patients
- Provide your own clinical equipment
Desirable Skills and Experience
- Experience in nail surgery
- Ability to prescribe and manufacture orthotics
- Experience with verruca treatments
- Experience working in podopaediatrics
- Experience in using Cliniko
