The Role
As Business Operations Coordinator, you’ll provide high-level operational, technical, and administrative support across the business, helping ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office and supporting continuous improvement across systems, processes, and client service delivery.
You’ll act as a central point of coordination across the business, working closely with leadership and stakeholders to improve efficiencies, maintain high-quality standards, and support ongoing growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide operational and administrative support across the business
- Support training and development for team members, including creating guides and sharing best practices
- Investigate and resolve complex operational queries and issues
- Maintain and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and internal documentation
- Build strong relationships with clients, providers, and third parties
- Produce accurate client communications, reports, and management information
- Support business decision-making through reporting, analysis, and data insights
- Drive operational efficiencies using technology, automation, and AI solutions
- Support and enhance Salesforce workflows, dashboards, and reporting
- Assist with business process optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support office coordination and ensure a professional, client-ready environment
- Maintain accurate and reliable client and operational data records
About You
We’re looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering high standards.
You’ll ideally have:
- Previous experience in an operations or business support role within financial services or a related sector
- Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Outstanding organisational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- A positive, adaptable, and solutions-focused mindset
- Confidence working independently and collaboratively within a team
- A passion for continuous improvement and learning

Other benefits
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays (an additional day will be added after 2 years continuous service up to maximum 28 days)
- 3 days closure over Christmas not taken from annual leave
- 35 hours Monday to Friday (9-5) with an hour lunch

- Performance Based Bonus Scheme available after probation passed - up to 10% of salary per year
