Pay, Hours & Benefits
This is a full-time role with a focus on a fantastic work-life balance.
- Excellent Pay: Base salary of £29,640 per year.
- High Earning Potential: Realistic on-target earnings of £35,000 with our bonus scheme (before any overtime).
- 4-Day Work Week: Work Monday to Thursday, 8:00 am – 6:00 pm (36 hours), and enjoy a 3 day weekend every week.
- Guaranteed Hours: As this is a driving role, your 36-hour week is paid as a flat 38 hours (£15.00/hr).
- Overtime: All hours worked over 36 are paid at an enhanced rate of £22.50 per hour.
- Weekly Pay: Get paid every Friday.

What We're Looking For
- Essential: A full, clean UK driving licence.
- Proven experience as a Painter & Decorator, ideally in high-end domestic work.
- A strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive, team-first attitude.
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in your work.
- Good communication skills.
