Food & Beverage Manager
We're looking for an ambitious, commercially driven Food & Beverage Manager to lead and develop our busy Food & Beverage operation within our established 4-star hotel.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about hospitality and is ready to take our restaurant and wider Food & Beverage offering to the next level. You'll have the autonomy to drive standards, maximise revenue, enhance the guest experience, and unlock the full potential of the department.
While there is a strong focus on the restaurant and day-to-day Food & Beverage operation, you'll also work closely with our dedicated Events Manager to deliver exceptional weddings, party nights, lively brunches, private functions, and corporate events, ensuring every guest enjoys an outstanding experience.
The Role
As Food & Beverage Manager, you will:
- Lead, inspire, and develop the Food & Beverage team to deliver exceptional service.
- Take ownership of our restaurant, driving quality, consistency, and profitability.
- Identify opportunities to grow revenue through creative promotions, menu development, upselling, and exceptional guest experiences.
- Work collaboratively with the Head Chef to continually improve our food and beverage offering.
- Ensure the department operates efficiently while maintaining the highest service standards.
- Manage staffing, recruitment, training, rotas, stock control, and departmental budgets.
- Work alongside our Events Manager to ensure the seamless delivery of weddings, celebrations, brunches, and special events.
- Maintain excellent standards of food safety, licensing, and health & safety compliance.

- Has previous Food & Beverage management experience, ideally within a hotel or quality hospitality venue.

- Has excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Is flexible and able to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays when required.
