Dual Nursery Manager (Two Sites) in Hampshire (GU33)
Location: Near Alton, Hampshire (GU34)
Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum (depending on experience and qualifications)
Hours: 40 hours per week | Shifts between 7:45am and 6:00pm
Contract: Permanent, All Year Round (We are unable to accommodate term-time only or school-hours working pattern)

We are seeking an exceptional Nursery Manager (Two Sites) to oversee two established nursery settings in Hampshire (GU34), around 30 minutes apart.
This rewarding leadership role offers the opportunity to drive excellence across both nurseries, ensuring the highest standards of childcare, early years education, safeguarding, compliance, and team development.
Working alongside a dedicated Deputy Manager at each setting, you will divide your time approximately 50/50 between both nurseries, a mixture of room and office based.
This position is ideal for a passionate and experienced Early Years professional who enjoys leading teams, supporting children's development, maintaining outstanding standards, and building a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day management of two nursery settings
- Ensure full compliance with EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted requirements
- Support and develop Deputy Managers and nursery teams
- Oversee staffing, recruitment, rotas, and performance management
- Monitor children's learning and development using Famly
- Maintain the highest standards of health, safety, and wellbeing
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and staff
- Manage nursery policies, procedures, and operational processes
- Support occupancy growth and parent engagement
About You
- Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years Qualification (or above)
- Previous experience as a Nursery Manager
- Driver required due to dual role
- Excellent understanding of EYFS, Ofsted, safeguarding, and compliance requirements
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Ability to inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Eligibility to work in the UK
