Job Summary:
KQ Professional Services Ltd. is seeking a Professional Operations Manager to oversee the systems, resources, and coordination that support the delivery of professional services. The position will focus on keeping client work well organised, balancing operational demands, and providing teams with the structure they need to deliver consistently strong service.
What You'll Do:
- Manage operational activities supporting professional service engagements
- Coordinate workloads and resources across active assignments
- Establish priorities based on client commitments and business needs
- Monitor delivery schedules and address potential capacity issues
- Work with team leads to coordinate upcoming requirements
- Support the mobilisation and completion of new client engagements
- Review operational information and highlight areas requiring attention
- Maintain oversight of service documentation and internal workflows
- Coordinate solutions to resource, scheduling, or delivery challenges
- Prepare operational updates and performance information for leadership
- Introduce practical changes that improve efficiency and service consistency
Requirements:
- Experience in professional services, business operations, consulting, client delivery, project management, administration, or a related environment
- Strong planning and organisational abilities
- Ability to coordinate people, workloads, and competing priorities
- Confident communication with colleagues and business stakeholders
- Good commercial awareness and service-focused judgement
- Comfortable working with operational information and business systems
- Ability to identify issues and develop practical responses
- Previous management experience is beneficial, although strong supervisory or project leadership experience will also be considered
- Relevant qualifications are welcomed, but transferable professional experience is equally valued
