Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Cocktail Bartender to join our team at a vibrant establishment in the heart of the city. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of drinks to customers with a focus on quality and presentation
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and taking orders
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including equipment and utensils
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service practices
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist in restocking bar inventory and supplies as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience in bartending or hospitality industry is preferred
- Knowledge of basic maths for handling transactions
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with restaurant and Cocktails bar operations and customer service best practices
