ASSISTANT PRODUCTION & QUALITY CONTROL MANAGER

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Production & Quality Control person to support the management of our manufacturing operations at our Wolverhampton facility.
The successful candidate will possess extensive experience within the ductwork manufacturing industry and will assist in supervising production activities, maintaining quality standards, and organising transport in accordance with safe loading procedures. Together with Supporting compliance with ISO procedures and working closely with the company's Health & Safety management to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
REQUIREMENTS:
Proven experience within ductwork manufacturing industry is essential.
Extensive knowledge of rectangular and circular ductwork manufacturing processes.
Proven experience supervising production activities within a manufacturing environment. Thorough understanding of manufacturing standards and best practices within the ductwork industry.
Experience in organization of transport, coordinating customer deliveries, knowledge of safe loading practices and load safety requirements.
Working knowledge of ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 procedures and management systems.
A good understanding of Health & Safety requirements within the manufacturing environment.
Strong organizational skills.
Competent user of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
