Customer Services Manager
We are looking for a reliable and organised Customer Services Manager to help manage customer enquiries and order support across three Shopify websites.
This role involves responding to customer messages through our help desk software, helping customers with order questions, making changes to orders where needed, and printing shipping labels using Royal Mail Click and Drop.
The role would suit someone who is friendly, practical, organised, and confident working with online systems. Experience with Shopify, help desk software, and Royal Mail Click and Drop is preferred, but not essential, as training can be provided.
Main responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries in a friendly and professional way
- Manage customer messages across three Shopify websites
- Amend customer orders when required
- Check order details and customer information carefully
- Print shipping labels using Royal Mail Click and Drop
- Work with the team to make sure orders are handled smoothly
- Help resolve customer issues quickly and clearly
- Keep customer communication accurate and polite

- Royal Mail Click and Drop experience
- Previous customer service experience in an ecommerce business
- Good written English

Pay: £30,000.00 per year
