Snazzydot is a growing luxury dog lifestyle brand based in the heart of Morningside, Edinburgh.
Alongside our award-winning grooming salon, we operate a premium online store and are opening our beautiful new boutique, Snazzydot Outfitters.
We’re looking for someone special to become an important part of our small, friendly team.
This isn’t a traditional retail role. No two days are the same. One moment you’ll be welcoming customers into the boutique and helping them choose the perfect products for their dogs, the next you’ll be carefully packing online orders, responding to customer enquiries or preparing parcels for daily dispatch.
We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys providing exceptional customer service, has excellent attention to detail and wants to grow with an exciting independent business where every day is different.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers into Snazzydot Outfitters and provide exceptional customer service.
- Help customers choose and fit products including harnesses, backpacks, travel accessories and dog strollers.
- Pick, pack and prepare online orders for daily DPD collection.
- Respond to customer emails and online enquiries.
- Process returns and exchanges.
- Keep the boutique beautifully presented and fully stocked.
- Assist with stock deliveries and inventory.
- Support the continued growth of the Snazzydot brand.
Requirements
- Requirements
- Previous retail, customer service or hospitality experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and a warm, friendly approach to customers.
- Confident using computers and learning new systems, including email and order management.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
- Comfortable picking, packing and preparing online orders for daily dispatch.
- A genuine love of dogs and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Reliable, proactive and keen to grow with a small independent business.

Pay: £13.50-£15.00 per hour
