Gina Conway Salon, Spa and Wellness
We are looking for an exceptional Beauty Therapist to join our team on Fridays and Saturdays.
This is an opportunity for an experienced therapist who takes real pride in their work and wants to spend two days a week in a beautiful, established salon, spa and wellness environment — surrounded by an experienced team and guests who genuinely value quality, expertise and personal care.
We are not simply looking for someone who can perform treatments. We are looking for a therapist who understands how to make a guest feel looked after from the moment they arrive.
Someone warm, polished and intuitive. Someone who notices the details.
The Role
You will have your own treatment column and work with both established and new guests across a carefully selected beauty and wellness menu.
Treatments include:
- Advanced facials and skincare
- Massage and body therapies
- Waxing
- Brow and lash treatments
- Manicures and pedicures
Consultation and guest care are at the heart of the role.
We want our guests to feel that their treatment has been created around them — not simply delivered to them — and we are looking for someone who enjoys building those longer-term relationships.
We Would Love to Meet You If...
You have at least six years' experience in Beauty Therapy and feel completely confident in your craft.
You may have worked within a luxury salon, spa, hotel or clinic, or perhaps you have built your own loyal clientele over the years.
More importantly, you:

- Deliver treatments with confidence and attention to detail
- Understand the importance of consultation and personalisation
- Enjoy creating a beautiful guest experience
- Take pride in your standards and presentation
- Love skincare, wellbeing and the evolving world of beauty
- Build genuine relationships with your clients
- Are dependable, organised and comfortable managing your own column
You should be someone who enjoys being part of a team but is equally confident taking ownership of your own guests and working day.

Your Working Week
This position is for:
Fridays & Saturdays
A consistent two-day schedule, ideal for someone looking to complement an existing career, private clientele, family commitments or another role during the week.
We are open to both employed and self-employed arrangements:
Employed — £15 per hour
Self-employed — £18 per hour
